We’re working with a leading B2B technology firm looking to bring in an experienced Contract Business Analyst to support delivery across complex systems, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements across multiple workstreams.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
- Produce high-quality documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, data flows).
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
- Support UAT, including test case creation and defect resolution.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process and system improvements.
- Drive alignment between business goals and technical execution.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments. Strong experience working on complex systems, integrations, and data flows. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. Must be based within travelling distance of Salford, Manchester. Able to work 2–3 days onsite per week. Available to start immediately or within 1 week.
