Position: Digital & Product Support Engineer

Location: West London, UK (Onsite)

Salary: Up to £25-£27K + Benefits

Work setup: In-office full-time is mandatory (5 days a week)

We are supporting a national e-commerce client in West London to join their digital development function.

About the Role: As part of the digital team, you'll help evolve and enhance bespoke business systems that keep the company competitive. You'll collaborate with skilled developers, architects, and product owners to manage and resolve business support requests, with new updates released every two weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support 1,000+ users across 60+ offices.
  • Troubleshoot custom systems built on Microsoft technologies.
  • Work with CRM, mobile platforms, integrations, fleet, HR, and IT systems.
  • Manage 150-200 support tickets weekly via Jira.
  • Investigate and correct data using SQL Server.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Computer Science degree
  • Based in West London
  • Experience with SQL (tasks will be assigned)
  • No sponsorship available
  • Full-time, in-office role only
  • Basic coding skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Maximum of 12 months' experience (ideal for those wanting to grow into software development).
