Job Description
Responsibilities
- Act as the company's representative in the industry, handling client communications, negotiating with technology partners, and resolving trading-related issues.
- Closely working with the team, including senior management.
- Assist clients during their onboarding and setup process and provide ongoing support throughout their trading journey with the company.
- Set up a customized trading space for new clients
- Manage, maintain and support trading platforms (MT4/5, PrimeXM, YourBourse hubs and our Proprietary Trading Platform);
- Actively listen to clients and find the best solutions to enhance their trading experience.
- Conduct end-to-end trade investigations.
- Keep track of daily trading, client activity, and platform logs to spot and fix issues early.
- Handle trade reconciliations and settlement reports.
- Maintain and improve Operational documentation processes & procedures.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and positively. Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eager to suggest and implement improvements to internal processes.
- Enthusiastic about understanding and solving client queries.
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside business hours when required by market/trading conditions.
