About The Role:
The Digital and Product Development Department is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company's proprietary business systems. The team distributes new features, change requests, and bug fixes to the business every two weeks. You will collaborate directly with our highly talented development team, which includes developers, technical architects, and product owners, to address corporate support issues.
About The Responsibilities:
- Support over 1000 users across 60 offices.
- Support custom systems built using cutting-edge Microsoft technology.
- Identify essential support needs and guarantee management monitoring.
- Get help from the development team.
- Exposure to all corporate systems, including CRM, mobile, third-party engagement, fleet, HR, and IT.
- Understand company objectives and problem-solve effectively.
- Contact the company using phone, video, email, chat, and screen sharing.
- Respond to about 150 support tickets every week.
- Desire to collaborate with a software development team and gain necessary skills.
- Potential to advance to a development position.
- Report defects using our Jira ticketing system.
- Resolve SQL Server database issues through investigations and fixes.
