We are looking to hire an experienced BD focused Recruitment Consultant within commuting distance from our Monument office, who is looking for a new opportunity.
Your role:
- Developing relationships with your clients
- Identifying new Companies to partner with
- Arranging and attending Client meetings
- Working with the FX Market's most exciting Brokers
- Negotiating Terms of Business
- Attending Global Expos
- Working closely with the Delivery team to ensure monthly targets are achieved
- Social Selling
Your skills:
- You must be confident, have a real passion for sales and be prepared to be resilient in the rollercoaster world of recruitment.
- Ability to easily build rapport with people
- Eager to learn and continuously develop your skill set.
