Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead global revenue generation and oversee the expansion of the institutional client base. This individual will be responsible for driving the performance of a high‑achieving global sales team, developing and executing effective sales strategies, and promoting liquidity and trading solutions to institutional clients worldwide. This is a senior leadership role for a commercially driven professional with extensive experience in institutional sales within the liquidity, FX, and CFD trading ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and execute the global institutional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets across all regions.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high‑performing global sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive acquisition of new institutional clients, including retail brokers, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, family offices, and HNW/professional traders.
- Identify market opportunities, refine value propositions, and collaborate with product and technology teams to align offerings with client demand.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, optimize sales processes, and implement scalable frameworks to support sustainable global growth.
- Represent the Company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, promoting the brand and thought leadership in institutional liquidity solutions.
Requirements
- Proven track record in selling Liquidity and Trading Solutions to institutional clients, including FX/CFD retail brokers, hedge funds, and other financial institutions.
- Extensive experience managing and scaling high‑performing global Sales and Business Development teams.
- Strong understanding of FX, CFD, and multi‑asset liquidity, trading platforms, and institutional client workflows.
- Demonstrated success in implementing sales strategies, processes, and best practices across diverse regions.
- Active business network and a book of institutional, corporate, and professional clients.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach and a deep understanding of the global financial markets landscape.
