Position: Business Development Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and markets.
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Drive the full sales cycle and successfully close new business deals.
- Build trust with clients by providing clear guidance on financial risk and market exposure.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs and performance targets.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to strengthen existing relationships and develop new ones.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, sales, operations, and compliance to support client needs and business objectives.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of FX/CFD markets, products, and industry services.
- Strong experience in selling Trading solutions to Professional clients/HNWI clients, and other Pro-traders.
- Should have an active business book or connections, including Professional traders, HNWI, and other corporate clients.
- Previous sales experience in financial services, ideally within a brokerage environment.
- Demonstrated success working in a high‑pressure, target‑driven sales role.
- Exceptional relationship‑building and client‑management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
