Are you a skilled fabricator or welder looking to join a growing, friendly and ambitious automation business? This role will see you working on bespoke components and metal assemblies supporting high-end factory automation systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate & manage brake press machinery
- Perform MIG & TIG welding to high standards
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Contribute to continuous improvements and suggest better processes
- Log work accurately and complete essential production admin
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Solid experience in fabrication shop environments
- Proficient in MIG & TIG welding
- Brake press operation experience
- Great attitude, willingness to learn and upskill (CNC/laser experience is a plus)
- Strong team player, but also capable of working independently
- Positive mindset - flexible, reliable, problem-solving mentality
- Fluent in English
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
