The organisation is committed to delivering proactive, relationship-led solutions and bringing together specialist expertise to support ambitious businesses.Key Responsibilities• Develop and deliver the strategic direction of the Head of ABL function to achieve business growth objectives.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Asset-Based Lending team while promoting high performance and continuous improvement.
• Structure Asset-Based Lending facilities in excess of 5 million and oversee lending decisions in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Build and strengthen relationships with established businesses while identifying opportunities to grow the Asset-Based Lending portfolio.About You• Minimum of 10 years' experience within financial services, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience across the full Asset-Based Lending product range, including structuring facilities exceeding 5 million.
