• Manage financial reporting to lenders, funding partners, and external stakeholders including covenant and compliance reporting.
• Oversee finance operations including payments, payroll, cash management, and loan transaction accounting.
• Drive improvements across finance systems, controls, reporting capability, and automation initiatives.About You• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Practice-trained with subsequent industry experience within financial services.
