Key Responsibilities
- Underwrite complex bridging finance applications from enquiry through to completion.
- Structure commercially balanced lending solutions across residential, semi-commercial and commercial transactions.
- Work closely with brokers, solicitors, valuers and senior stakeholders to deliver efficient lending decisions.
- Support the ongoing development of underwriting standards, governance and junior team members.
About You
- Min 3 years' experience underwriting bridging finance.
- Experience underwriting unregulated residential, semi-commercial and commercial bridging loans.
- Proven experience managing complex bridging transactions from enquiry through to completion.
