An established and fast-growing financial services provider is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join its expanding Asset Finance division.

The Role

  • Operating across the North of England, the Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving growth within the asset finance arm of the business.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for originating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with brokers, intermediaries, and SMEs, and developing tailored funding solutions to meet client needs.
  • This is a highly autonomous role for an ambitious individual who thrives on building long-term relationships, identifying market opportunities, and delivering results within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across the North.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, introducers, and clients.
