About You
- Significant senior leadership experience within construction, housing, planned maintenance, property services or a related sector.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple contracts, locations or geographical areas.
- Strong experience of P&L ownership, commercial performance, operational risk and delivering profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own regional P&L performance, budgets, margins, cash management and profitable growth.
- Lead performance across multiple contracts, ensuring safe, compliant and predictable operational delivery.
- Build senior client relationships, supporting account retention, growth and effective resolution of commercial or operational issues.
- Develop regional leadership capability, workforce planning and succession while maintaining effective governance and risk management.
