Key Responsibilities
- Personally originate and convert high-quality bridging opportunities through brokers, packagers and introducers.
- Lead, coach and performance-manage the sales team against origination, conversion and completed-lending targets.
- Develop broker relationships, account plans and new intermediary channels to support sustainable growth.
- Work with credit, underwriting and operations to structure viable cases and improve completion performance.
About You
- Senior sales, business-development or relationship-management experience within bridging finance or specialist property lending.
- Proven track record of originating and converting business through broker and intermediary channels.
- Previous player-manager experience combining personal revenue responsibility with sales-team leadership.
