A well‐established, commercial finance provider specialising in delivering flexible funding solutions to small and medium‐sized businesses is seeking a client executive to join their Manchester office. The organisation offers a broad portfolio including Asset Finance, Invoice Finance, Business Loans, Vehicle Finance and Asset‐Based Lending. The company operates from multiple offices across the UK and is recognised for its strong workplace culture and commitment to employee development.
Role Overview
This role sits within the Invoice Finance team and focuses on supporting client relationships while ensuring effective ledger management, compliance, and service delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to provide a high standard of client service and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their teams, ensuring an excellent customer experience
- Identify and elevate any risk, compliance, or service‐related issues to the Relationship Management team
- Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date client information and working documents, providing cover for colleagues during absences
- Manage client ledgers, including assignments, funding limits, disapprovals and concentration levels in line with internal credit policies
- Support Relationship Managers by preparing funding and payment proposals within delegated credit authorities
- Proactively carry out customer verification and credit control activities in line with company procedures
- Liaise with clients to ensure documentation is received, reviewed, and processed in a timely manner
- Maintain clear and accurate records of all client administration activity for audit and follow‐up purposes
- Assist Management and New Business teams with the onboarding and introduction of new clients

Experience
