Experience delivering complex commercial property valuations and advisory work within a fast-paced environment.
Package & BenefitsSalary 70,000–90,000 per annum (dep on exp)

The business combines technical expertise with a commercially focused and relationship-led approach, offering strong exposure to senior stakeholders and varied client work.Key ResponsibilitiesLead commercial and residential valuation instructions across restructuring, loan security, portfolio valuation, financial reporting, and distressed asset work.
Build and strengthen client relationships while supporting business development and converting new opportunities into instructions.
Deliver detailed valuation reports, due diligence analysis, and strategic restructuring recommendations for complex property assets.
Mentor junior team members while supporting operational management, workflow control, and commercial performance
