Review valuations, credit reports, KYC and supporting documentation to make robust lending decisions.
About You• At least two years' experience underwriting bridging finance or within the short-term property lending sector.
Experience assessing complex lending applications and making credit decisions within an agreed lending policy.
Strong understanding of bridging finance, property security and regulatory requirements, including AML and KYC processes.
