About the Company You'll be joining a fast-growing specialist property lender focused on delivering bespoke bridging finance solutions across residential, semi-commercial and commercial property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Underwrite complex bridging finance applications from enquiry through to completion.
  • Structure commercially balanced lending solutions across residential, semi-commercial and commercial transactions.
  • Work closely with brokers, solicitors, valuers and senior stakeholders to deliver efficient lending decisions.
  • Support the ongoing development of underwriting standards, governance and junior team members.

About You

  • Min 3 years' experience underwriting bridging finance.
  • Experience underwriting unregulated residential, semi-commercial and commercial bridging loans.
  • Proven experience managing complex bridging transactions from enquiry through to completion.
