Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of bridging finance and refurbishment lending facilities throughout their lifecycle.
- Monitor portfolio performance, construction progress, cashflow and early warning indicators to ensure effective credit stewardship.
- Prepare credit proposals for facility amendments while maintaining compliance with lending policies.
- Work closely with customers, brokers and internal stakeholders to deliver an efficient and high‑quality lending experience.
About You
- Experience within property lending or development finance in a banking or property finance environment.
- Strong knowledge of bridging finance and refurbishment lending.
- Experience managing lending portfolios and supporting complex property finance transactions.
