This is an incredible opportunity to join a newly created team, working closely with the Completions Manager and playing a key role in establishing and implementing new processes.
You’ll have the chance to make a real impact from the outset and be an integral part of the team’s continued growth and development.
You’ll manage cases from mortgage offer through to completion, working directly with solicitors, brokers, surveyors and customers in a regulated lending environment.
About the Company

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Residential and Buy-to-Let mortgage cases from offer through to completion, including Individual and Limited Company applications.
- Review completion documentation, satisfy offer conditions within mandate and ensure requirements are met before funds are released.
- Coordinate with solicitors, brokers, surveyors and customers to progress cases efficiently and resolve completion issues.
- Maintain compliant completions activity in line with relevant regulation, Consumer Duty and internal policies.
About You
- You must have experience within a completions team for another lender; ideally, you will come from a specialist Buy-to-Let background however other product exposure will be considered.
- Experience progressing mortgage or property finance cases through the completions process.
- Experience working with completion documentation and lending requirements.
