- Lead the structuring, underwriting and execution of UK real estate development finance transactions from 10m to 75m.
- Produce financial modelling, credit analysis and investment papers, presenting recommendations to Credit Committee.
- Work with borrowers, advisers and internal stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Contribute to credit policy, portfolio monitoring and the development of junior team members.About You
- 5–8+ years' experience across real estate development finance, private credit or investment banking.
- Strong structuring and underwriting experience across UK development finance transactions.
