Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, launch, and growth of a new Head of Asset Based Lending function with full ownership of strategy and origination.
- Develop and grow a portfolio of Asset Based Lending and Invoice Finance facilities through direct business development and introducer relationships.
- Build and manage relationships across the broker, lender, and professional introducer community to generate sustainable new business.
- Recruit and develop the team as the lending proposition grows.
About You
- Proven track record of originating and growing an Asset Based Lending or Invoice Finance portfolio.
- Established network across the Asset Based Lending, Invoice Finance, banking, or broker market.
- Experience leading client relationships within Asset Based Lending, whether as an adviser, broker, or relationship banker.
