As a Finance Administrator, you will:

  • Reconcile payments, invoices, income, and receipts, and enter data into accounting software.
  • Create and perform supplier payment runs.
  • Monitor, reconcile, and report on employee expenses.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
  • Verify company expenses, bank deposits, and payments.
  • Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.
  • Liaise with internal departments to support financial processes.
