Fintelligent is seeking an Associate to take greater ownership of UK development finance transactions, analysing, structuring and executing senior and mezzanine real estate development loans across the UK. You will work on £2m–£25m deals, building experience through the full investment process.
You will join an entrepreneurial real estate investment business, contributing to investment decisions and developing relationships with borrowers and funding partners throughout the lifecycle.
