Responsibilities

• Serve internal customers to analyse and improve systems, processes and procedures.
• Manage projects and workstreams to achieve key operational objectives.
• Apply good governance practices, including record‑keeping and supporting audits.
• Facilitate implementation of rules and tools to comply with company policies.
• Guide business operations to enhance customer and broker experiences.
