Overview
In this role you will manage and grow a corporate lending portfolio in the East Midlands, combining relationship management with deal origination and complex debt structuring. You will work with senior stakeholders across the bank to deliver tailored facilities and sustainable lending solutions. The position offers regional influence and exposure to end-to-end credit and risk processes within a relationship-led banking environment. This is a chance to shape mid-to-large corporate growth while developing client networks and internal capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate customers across the East Midlands
- Originate new business and structure debt facilities typically 5β100m for Mid-Corporate clients
- Build influential relationships with clients, advisers and market contacts
- Lead end-to-end credit, risk and stakeholder management to deliver lending solutions
Key requirements
- Proven experience managing and growing a Corporate or Mid-Corporate lending portfolio
- Strong experience in credit writing, financial analysis, underwriting and structuring complex debt solutions
- Track record of lending to Mid-Corporates and influencing senior stakeholders
