Key Responsibilities• Develop new business opportunities across your assigned region, building relationships with property professionals, developers, investors and introducers.
Represent the business at client meetings, networking events and industry functions to expand your professional network and generate new opportunities.
Achieve agreed revenue targets while maintaining an active pipeline through effective CRM management.
About You• Proven experience in business development, sales, account management or relationship management with a strong record of achieving targets.
Experience working within lending, property, construction, estate agency, commercial finance, mortgage broking or another relationship-led sales environment.
Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle and willingness to travel throughout your region.
