You’ll have the autonomy to coordinate multiple projects, manage commercial and operational performance, and build strong client relationships. You’ll also work closely with site and operational teams in a collaborative, established business where quality and effective project delivery matter. About the Company A well-established business delivering housing, build and development projects. The business works with public and private-sector clients, with a collaborative culture and a strong focus on quality. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of multiple construction projects, managing programme, budgets, resources, risks and delivery through to completion. Lead planning, procurement and contractor coordination while maintaining quality, health and safety and contractual standards. Manage client relationships, programme reporting, variations and commercial considerations throughout the project lifecycle. Provide leadership and support to site teams and Assistant Contracts Managers, driving consistent standards and continuous improvement. About You Proven experience in construction management, contractor control and the delivery of construction projects. Strong experience managing budgets, programmes, resources and risk across construction projects. Good working knowledge of construction project lifecycles, contract administration and CDM requirements.
