Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end third-party motor and property damage claims within a busy caseload. Investigate liability and support decision-making on complex and disputed claims. Handle credit hire claims including validation, negotiation, and cost control activity. Liaise professionally with insurers, solicitors, and external stakeholders throughout the claims lifecycle. About You Minimum 2 years experience in motor claims, ideally within a third-party environment. Strong understanding of liability assessment and claims negotiation. Working towards or willing to complete CII qualification with employer support.
