This is an employed, fully remote position for an experienced broker who can hit the ground running. You'll advise on Development Finance, Bridging Finance, Commercial Mortgages, Buy-to-Let Mortgages and Mezzanine Finance, working with property investors, developers and commercial clients while building long-term relationships with introducers and lending partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Structure debt and equity solutions across Development Finance, Bridging Finance, Commercial Mortgages, Buy-to-Let Mortgages and Mezzanine Finance.
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients while developing new business opportunities through your professional network.
- Build and strengthen relationships with introducers, professional partners and specialist lenders to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date market knowledge, meet agreed business targets and ensure all activity complies with FCA requirements and industry best practice.
About You:
- Proven experience arranging specialist real estate finance with a strong track record of completed transactions.
- An established portfolio of clients or introducer relationships that you can bring and develop within the business.
- In-depth knowledge of the specialist property finance market, including Development Finance, Bridging Finance and Commercial Mortgages.
