What You’ll Be Doing as a Mortgage Case Manager: Package and process secured loan applications with accuracy and attention to detail. Verify applicant information, including income, credit history, and supporting documentation. Conduct thorough due diligence and ensure compliance throughout the loan process. Liaise with lenders and resolve queries efficiently to ensure smooth progression of cases. Guide customers through each stage of the mortgage journey with clear, professional communication. Build strong relationships with clients, maintaining high standards of service and care. Work towards performance targets while delivering outstanding customer experience. Stay up to date with financial regulations and industry best practices.What’s on Offer for the Mortgage Case Manager: Basic salary up to £32,000, with on-target earnings of £45,000.
