As a Mortgage Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and manually underwriting second charge mortgage applications.
  • Verifying documentation accuracy and requesting additional information when needed.
  • Updating customer records and application details accurately.
  • Assessing customers based on their individual circumstances.
  • Communicating clearly with customers and stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Meeting KPI requirements and targets.

Package and Benefits:

  • Annual salary between £30,000 and £33,000.

  • Shifts – 3 early shifts 9‑5pm and 2 late shifts 11‑7pm (Fridays always 9‑5pm) – no weekends.
