If you have household claims experience and want to build your technical expertise, this Household Claims Handler role offers ownership of a varied domestic property claims caseload from first notification through to settlement.

Youll manage your own files while developing your knowledge across policy assessment, liability, supplier management, negotiation and claims resolution within a stable, regulated environment.

There is also the option to increase your contracted hours.

Package & Benefits Salary £25,000£28,000 per annum based on a 35-hour week.

Option to increase contracted hours, with salary adjusted accordingly.

Key Responsibilities Manage domestic property claims from notification through to final settlement.

Assess policy coverage, liability, evidence and claim circumstances.

Negotiate settlements and manage suppliers within authorised limits.

About You At least 12 months household or property claims experience.

Experience handling claims within a regulated insurance environment.

Holds, or is willing to work towards, relevant CII qualifications.
