Salary £40,000£50,000 per annum, plus performance-related bonus.

Monday to Friday, 9.00am5.30pm, office-based.
25 days annual leave.

About You
Proven experience managing an administration, operations, customer support or back-office team within Financial Services.

Experience working in a fast-paced, process-led and KPI-driven environment.

Experience managing SLAs, workloads, backlogs, productivity, quality and capacity.
