Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and underwrite bridging loan applications in line with lending policy and risk appetite.
  • Manage your own pipeline from application through to completion while maintaining excellent service levels.
  • Review valuations, credit reports, KYC and supporting documentation to make robust lending decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with brokers, intermediaries and internal stakeholders throughout the lending process.

About You

  • At least five years' experience underwriting bridging finance or within the specialist property lending sector.
  • Experience assessing complex lending applications and making credit decisions within an agreed lending policy.
  • Strong understanding of bridging finance, property security and regulatory requirements, including AML and KYC processes.
