Key Responsibilities
- Support senior underwriters with assessment of bridging finance cases from initial review through to completion.

About You
- Experience within bridging finance, mortgages, or specialist property lending in a support, processing, or underwriting role.
- Exposure to reviewing lending documentation such as valuations, financials, or legal reports.
- Experience working within a regulated or credit driven lending environment.
