If you're an experienced property professional looking to take ownership of agency and transactional work, this Agency Surveyor role offers the opportunity to advise clients across commercial and residential property while directly influencing value, transactions and new business.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on property disposals, acquisitions and leasing strategies.
- Manage transactions from instruction through to completion, including negotiation and stakeholder management.
- Develop marketing strategies, provide market advice and identify opportunities to generate new instructions.
