As a Loans Processor, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing loan documentation for new business and renewals.
Coordinating with panel solicitors to secure perfected security documentation.
Liaising with Borrowers, Brokers, and the Sales Team to ensure timely loan completions.
Issuing retention documentation and monitoring exposure levels for development facilities.
Managing and maintaining client files and records.
Conducting searches with HM Land Registry and Credit Reference Agencies.
Managing post-completion loan processes and ensuring compliance with security and insurance registers.Package and Benefits:

Annual salary of £27,000 – £30,000.
Annual discretionary bonus
28 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the office closed at Christmas.

Standard working hours from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am to 4pm on Fridays.The ideal Loans Processor will have:
