About the Company
You'll be joining a well-established specialist asset-based lender with a collaborative culture and a highly visible Legal and Compliance function.
The team works closely with stakeholders across the business, providing the opportunity to broaden your legal expertise in a commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal support on invoice finance and asset finance transactions, including reviewing and negotiating transaction documentation.
- Advise stakeholders on security structures, lending transactions and associated legal risk.
- Review commercial contracts and support legal matters across the wider business, including recoveries and external adviser management.
- Assist with transaction management to help ensure efficient completion of client facilities.
About You
- Qualified solicitor with experience in banking and finance law gained in private practice or an in-house legal team.
- Knowledge of lending transactions, ideally including invoice finance, asset finance or wider asset-based lending.
- Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial legal documentation.
