The business takes a joined-up approach across specialist teams, with a strong focus on high-quality advice, long-term client relationships and RICS professional standards.\n Key Responsibilities \n \n \n Lead valuation and strategic advisory instructions across commercial, residential and development assets. \n Produce valuations, options appraisals and recommendations covering value optimisation, redevelopment and disposal strategies. \n Act as principal adviser to assigned clients, coordinating internal specialists and external advisers. \n Develop relationships with lenders, investors, developers and professional advisers, contributing to new instructions and service-line growth. \n About You \n \n \n Experience delivering commercial, residential and/or development property valuations and strategic property advice. \n Proven experience managing multiple client instructions from inception through to completion. \n MRICS and Registered Valuer status are highly desirable, alongside experience producing high-quality valuation and advisory reports. \n If you're interested in a Lead Surveyor role offering genuine client influence and scope to progress, we'd be happy to talk, even if your CV isn't fully up to date.
