Key Responsibilities
- Lead valuations, strategic options appraisals and property advisory instructions across commercial, residential and development assets.
- Act as the lead adviser on client mandates, managing projects from instruction through to completion.
- Provide commercially focused recommendations on asset performance, value optimisation, redevelopment and disposal strategies.
- Develop trusted client relationships and contribute to new instructions and wider business growth.
About You
- Proven experience undertaking commercial, residential and/or development property valuations.
- Experience providing strategic property advice, options appraisals and commercially focused recommendations.
- MRICS qualification and Registered Valuer status are highly desirable.
