Key Responsibilities
- Support the assessment and packaging of bridging and development finance transactions.
- Assist with underwriting analysis, identifying risks, mitigants and structuring considerations.

- Prepare credit papers, review supporting documentation and ensure cases remain aligned to lending policy.
About You
- 6 months to 3 years’ experience handling bridging finance cases.
