Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage broker relationships across Scotland, with a focus on growing Tier 2 introducer partnerships.
- Generate new hard asset finance opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline of business through intermediary channels.
- Structure and negotiate asset finance solutions for business customers from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Represent the business within the broker and asset finance market while delivering a consistently high level of service.
About You
- Proven experience within Asset Finance, Leasing, or Commercial Finance.
- Strong broker management and business development experience, ideally with exposure to hard asset finance.
- Existing broker relationships within Scotland would be advantageous.
