Package & Benefits
- Salary of £32,500 per annum plus an uncapped bonus scheme.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage new business enquiries for Motor Fleet Insurance from quotation through to policy placement.
- Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their insurance requirements and providing expert guidance.
- Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive terms and suitable levels of cover for clients.
- Identify opportunities to maximise new business performance while delivering an excellent customer experience.
About You
- At least 1 to 2 years' insurance broking experience.
- Experience handling commercial insurance, ideally including Motor Fleet Insurance.
- Proven experience in a sales-focused, target-driven insurance environment.
