Our client, a specialist property lending platform based in London, is seeking a Credit Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Credit Analyst, you will:

  • Analyse and underwrite property development finance proposals
  • Prepare detailed credit papers for internal credit committees
  • Assess borrower experience, financial strength, and track record
  • Review development appraisals, cash flows, GDV, and cost assumptions
  • Conduct sensitivity analysis and stress testing on transactions
  • Liaise with originators, valuers, solicitors, and other external advisers
  • Support ongoing portfolio monitoring, including reviews and renewals
