The Claims Handler will:

Manage a portfolio of Personal Injury claims from receipt to conclusion.
Negotiate settlements with customers, suppliers, and third-party representatives.
Identify potential fraud indicators and refer them promptly.
Handle inbound and outbound communications, ensuring accurate file reservations.
Assess basic liability decisions and manage customer expectations.
