This is an opportunity to join a growing specialist property advisory firm in Manchester, working across commercial property transactions and advisory work. You will take a visible role in advising clients, managing instructions from initial brief through to completion, and helping to develop new business within an entrepreneurial, quality-led environment.

The role
You will work on a varied mix of commercial property agency and transactional instructions, advising clients on disposals, acquisitions and leasing strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing commercial property disposals, acquisitions and leasing instructions from instruction to completion
- Advising clients on marketing strategy, pricing, negotiations and transaction strategyBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, occupiers, investors and professional contacts
- Producing market advice and identifying opportunities for new instructions
- Supporting the continued growth of the agency and advisory offering
What we're looking for
We are keen to speak with commercially minded property professionals who enjoy client-facing work and want more ownership of their career.
You are likely to have:
- Experience within commercial agency, general practice, property advisory, valuation or a related transactional property role
- Experience managing property transactions, including negotiations and Heads of Terms
- Strong knowledge of the commercial property market, valuation drivers and landlord-and-tenant matters
- The confidence to advise clients and develop new relationships
- Ambition to build your profile and progress within a growing specialist business
- MRICS or AssocRICS qualification or progression towards Chartered status would be advantageous.
