Salary • Circa £80,000–£90,000 per annum About the Company You’ll join an established organisation operating across construction, property services and regulated environments. About You • Significant senior leadership experience within construction, housing, planned maintenance, property services or a related sector. • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple contracts, locations or geographical areas. • Strong experience of P&L ownership, commercial performance, operational risk and delivering profitable growth. Key Responsibilities • Own regional P&L performance, budgets, margins, cash management and profitable growth. • Lead performance across multiple contracts, ensuring safe, compliant and predictable operational delivery. • Build senior client relationships, supporting account retention, growth and effective resolution of commercial or operational issues. • Develop regional leadership capability, workforce planning and succession while maintaining effective governance and risk management.
