As a Bridging Underwriter, you will: Assess and underwrite complex bridging loan applications in line with lending policies. Manage your own pipeline of cases, from application to completion. Approve or reject applications, consulting with Compliance or Senior Leadership as needed. Produce detailed loan synopses with clear rationales.
