End-to-end portfolio ownership | Flexible working | Private medical cover | Discretionary bonus If you’re experienced in bridging or specialist property finance and want greater ownership of the loan lifecycle, this Portfolio Manager role offers responsibility for a live portfolio from completion through to redemption. You’ll have autonomy across loan monitoring, borrower relationships, drawdowns, extensions and emerging risk, working closely with credit, legal and finance teams. Flexible working is supported, with the opportunity to influence both portfolio performance and customer outcomes. Package & Benefits • £60,000–£65,000 per annum. • 24 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays and flexible working. • Pension contributions, private medical cover and discretionary bonus. About the Company You’ll join a specialist property finance lender providing bridging and related lending solutions. The business combines commercial lending expertise with a strong focus on risk management, efficient loan servicing and borrower relationships. Key Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of bridging loans from drawdown through to redemption, monitoring performance, maturities and covenant compliance. • Coordinate drawdowns, extensions, redemptions, partial repayments and security releases. • Identify emerging risks early, supporting stressed cases and recoveries where required. • Maintain borrower and adviser relationships, including site visits, portfolio reporting and identifying further lending opportunities. About You • Experience within bridging finance, specialist property finance, commercial lending or development finance. • Strong understanding of the bridging loan lifecycle, property security, valuations and legal documentation. • Experience managing live loans, portfolio risk or loan servicing within a property lending environment.
